EventPulse is designed as a public information website and does not require reader accounts for ordinary browsing.
If you use newsletter, contact, advertising, source submission, or admin features, EventPulse may process the information you submit, such as an email address, inquiry text, advertiser details, or account credentials.
Production deployments may collect limited technical data such as server logs, security events, ad metrics, newsletter status, and analytics needed to operate, protect, and improve the website.
Calculator assumptions and Scenario Copilot questions are processed by EventPulse to produce the requested calculation. The current Copilot uses a private, rules-based interpreter and does not send those property or financial assumptions to an external artificial-intelligence provider. Results are not a valuation or advice.
Property submissions may include seller identity and contact details, a private exact address, listing text, photographs, and declarations of authority and media rights. Pending submissions and photographs are available only to authenticated EventPulse administrators. If approved, the listing information, approximate location, photographs, and only the contact methods selected by the seller become public. The exact address remains private.
EventPulse may retain moderation records to operate the marketplace, investigate misuse, handle corrections or removal requests, and document the basis on which an advertisement was submitted and reviewed.
External source links, advertiser landing pages, analytics tools, email providers, hosting providers, and payment or form tools may have their own privacy terms. Review those policies before submitting information to third-party websites.
For access, correction, deletion, opt-out, or privacy questions, contact EventPulse through the Contact page. A production deployment should be reviewed against the privacy and data protection laws that apply to its owner, audience, advertisers, and hosting location.
